You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product(s) you have purchased.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories that came with the product. Items must be unused, unaltered, and not damaged.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team via email at support@power-charge.com or through our customer service hotline. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, once approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to return your product.
Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for free return shipping.
Return Shipment: Drop off the package at the designated carrier's location. Retain the return tracking number for your records, so you can track the status of the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the receipt of your item(s) for us to process your return and issue a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
Exceptions
Please note that there are no final sale items, meaning every item purchased from Immersun is eligible for return within the specified period, provided it meets the return condition criteria.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for returned items.
